TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. PT Nusantara Ekspres Kilat (“SPX Express”) will organize an appreciation program for Sellers whereby Sellers who meet the minimum average daily shipments or have the highest order volume using SPX Express delivery services in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on this page (“Criteria”) during the Program Period shall have the opportunity to win a trip to New Zealand (“Program”). By participating in this Program, the Seller shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions set forth below (“Terms & Conditions”). These Terms & Conditions constitute an integral and inseparable part of all applicable SPX Express Policies.
2. For the avoidance of doubt:
  • “Seller” means a seller who uses SPX Express delivery services to ship goods from their store.
  • “Program Period” means from 1 July 2025 until 30 June 2026.
3. The eligibility criteria for Sellers to participate in the Program are set out in Section A of these Terms & Conditions. The winner selection criteria are set out in Section B of these Terms & Conditions.
4. The Seller agrees that SPX Express may amend, adjust, supplement, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to the Seller.
5. This Program is free of charge. All costs, including accommodation, travel, visa, and prize tax, shall be fully borne by SPX Express. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
6. In the event that a Seller is selected as a winner, the winner is permitted to bring one (1) additional companion to join the trip to New Zealand.
7. In the event that a Seller is selected as a winner, the Seller agrees and understands that:
  • SPX Express may require the Seller to submit all documents, data (including but not limited to personal data), and information necessary for travel arrangements, including where requested by the relevant authorities or by the travel agent.
  • The Seller agrees and authorizes SPX Express to disclose such relevant data, including the Seller’s personal data, to the relevant third parties for the purpose of making travel arrangements, including processing travel documents in connection with the Program.
  • The assessment of the completeness of documents, data, information, including with respect to travel visas, shall be at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy authorities and shall not constitute an assessment by SPX Express. SPX Express does not guarantee the acceptance of travel visa application documents by the embassy authorities, and the Seller releases SPX Express from any liability arising in connection with the processing of such travel documents. In the event that the Seller is unable to participate in the trip due to the rejection of the visa application by the relevant embassy authorities, provided that such rejection is not caused by the Seller’s fault or negligence or by any circumstances that violate these Terms & Conditions or any SPX Policies at the sole discretion of SPX Express, SPX Express shall replace the prize with monetary compensation in the amount of IDR 15,000,000 (fifteen million Indonesian Rupiah).
8. SPX Express’ decision on all matters relating to the Program shall be final and binding. SPX Express reserves the right to amend the applicable Terms & Conditions without prior notice to any party. Any updates or amendments to the Terms & Conditions will be published on the Program leaderboard page. SPX Express reserves the right to suspend, terminate, cancel, and/or withdraw the prize or any benefits under this Program if SPX Express discovers any indication of fraud or abuse by the Seller or any violation of SPX Express Policies.

A. PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS

  1. Participants in this program are selected sellers who use SPX Express delivery service every day from July 1, 2025 until June 30, 2026, and meet the requirement of a minimum average order growth of 10% quarter over quarter during the program period.
  2. Participants do not need to make a special registration to participate in the Program.
  3. Participants who fail to meet the specified program participation requirements will be deemed to have failed and may be disqualified from this program.
  4. This program does not apply to or cannot be participated in by shareholders, directors, commissioners, employees, agents (including shareholders, directors, commissioners and their employees) and partners (including shareholders, directors, commissioners and their employees)from Shopee and SPX Express.

B. SELECTION OF WINNERS

  • The winners are divided into 4 (four) categories as follows:
  • The average number of daily shipments taken into account is the daily shipments for orders that were successfully shipped (delivered) obtained through SPX Standard, SPX Economy, and SPX Pickup delivery services.
  • The average number of daily shipments taken into account can be combined from both Shopee and non-Shopee sources (if any) for a single store (one Shopee Shop ID can be combined with multiple non-Shopee Shop IDs under one SPX account).
  • Participants can see their position in terms of average daily deliveries via the Program leaderboard page which will be updated at the beginning of each quarter based on the previous quarter's position.
  • The decision to determine the winner is absolute from SPX Express and cannot be contested.
